Nancy was great to work with on the sale of our home. She was very knowledgeable and kept up with everything as it was happening. With most sales there are some surprises to work through and ours was no exception. Nancy handled every change and surprise with ease. Nancy advised us very well, as needed. There were times we would have chosen a lesser option and Nancy was excellent at guiding us through the decisions to the best option. She worked us through several scenarios, all with great outcomes. We were very pleased to have used Nancy for our sale and would do so again if the occasion arose.
