I was looking to downsize to a smaller home with a yard I could manage by myself. I also wanted to be sure I was in a safe neighborhood as I will be moving from a rural area into town. She showed me houses late in the evenings and on weekends. It wasn't long until she found just what I was looking for at a price that was well within my budget. Nancy is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I closed on my house in September and am still in touch with her. I recommend her to everyone. She will find what you are looking for without pressuring you and she won't show you houses that are above your budget.
