Nancy helped my sisters and I sell our childhood home, which was both emotional and under difficult circumstances. From our first visit with Nancy through the closing of the house, Nancy exhibited compassion and an extraordinary level of professionalism. Her communications throughout the process were exemplary and very much appreciated! I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone for the sale or purchase of a home!
Nancy helped me purchase my first home last summer. I had recently moved back from New York City, had zero experience with the home buying process and she helped me navigate it all. I should also add that this was the time period where interest rates were rising rapidly, each week was a new bidding war. Nancy made herself available to show me anything and everything - she even let my mom tag along to each showing too! She was realistic, willing to negotiate on my behalf, and there to help educate along the way. I truly felt like she acted as my advisor and advocate throughout the process, and I still reach out to her for home consultation even today. I recommend her to anyone I know that’s buying or selling, and plan to use her whenever I decide to move in the future.
Nancy was extremely familiar with the neighborhoods in central Denver we were looking at. When she gave her opinion on a property it wasn't just to close a sale. She took into account her knowledge of the area and whether the property would be a good investment for us. She took the time to understand ours needs, and it paid off with a wonderful home in Observatory Park.
Nancy assisted me on both the purchase and selling of my property. She is a complete professional who knows the market, it’s ups and downs and the best timing for buying or selling. I appreciated her honest approach and the resources she had available to assist me with any situation. Nancy made both the buying and selling process seamless and easy to navigate and I never had a worry. Because of Nancy’s trust worthiness, I could relax and rely on her, knowing everything would be taken care of and that she would walk me through the whole process. Even after Nancy helped me purchase my home, she always made herself available to assist with any needs I had, such as recommending trusted home service specialists. I utilized Nancy’s professional help for both the purchase and selling of my home and have the four years in between. She is amazing and I highly recommend her.
Nancy is by far the most trustworthy agent we have ever worked with. If/when we move again, I will 100% be contacting her to help us sell our home and find a new one. In the end, you could always tell that Nancy had our best interest and satisfaction in mind. She thought about the current state, but also how homes and our family would change in the years to come. Working with Nancy was a personalized experience, and you could tell she gets to know all of her clients. 10/10 would recommend!
From start to finish Nancy was an excellent steward of the real estate buying experience. She provided us with a great app for viewing homes for sale that met our criteria, she was extremely helpful when visiting those properties, and she is the best in the business once we had an offer accepted. She is a master of her craft.
Entering a new city and buying a home was quite intimidating, but I think hiring Nancy Levine as my realtor made all the difference. Throughout my home-buying process, I always had complete confidence in Nancy to find the right home for me. She went above and beyond spending many hours discussing my essentials for a home and was never shy to give me honest feedback. This was something I respected because I do not believe all realtors always have their client’s best interest in heart, but I knew Nancy was always looking out for me. Being new to the Denver Market, Nancy guided me through the nuisances of each neighborhood and was very honest with her opinions. As I was indecisive about being in my first home buying process, she exhibited the ultimate patience. Whenever we put offers on potential homes Nancy took the extra time to walk me through the contract terminology I did not understand. She was always there for positive reinforcement when some offers were not accepted and she could place me in a home I was excited to make my own. She also became a great friend along the way. I would highly recommend Nancy Levine to anyone in the home buying process because I not only have faith in her ability to get the job done but also know she cares about her clients!
I don't know how Nancy did this, but she was able to get us under contract on the house of our dreams. There were at least 8 back up offers for this amazing property. I pinch myself because we were the buyers that were able get a property that so many other buyers wanted and it was all Nancy. Her tenacity, suggestions, and her expertise that made it happen for us. She went above and beyond, to make the transaction smooth, offering great advice and guidance. She has great resources for other professionals, as well as mortgage lenders, who also offered great suggestions and met tight deadlines, probably due to Nancy’s relationship with them. Nancy is very personable, professional and truly a “get it done/make it happen” Realtor. She is trustworthy, patient and we would definitely recommend her to friends, family and business associates as the Realtor to use. She worked with us for about 3 years to find the right home. Our buying experience was very exciting and positive. I am so happy and excited about our new home.
