Nearly all of the buying process was done remotely. I didn't have a lot of interaction directly with Nancy Burgess, just a few phone calls. However those calls resulted in quick resolution of any issue. For example, the sales contract was created and signed by all parties in less than 2 hours. My interaction was mainly with her staff, specifically David Gross and Lynn Koch. Since I wasn't there Mr. Gross did all the local legwork for me. Anytime something needed to be done,such as meeting someone at the house, he was on it in minutes. Ms. Koch was great. She chased down all the details, whether it was coordinating and scheduling home inspections, dealing with the title company, or any of the other details that go sideways so quickly, she was on top of all of it. I would highly recommend Nancy Burgess and her team and will use her again if the opportunity arises.
