Nancy Kramer acted as my agent both to sell the condo I owned in Cambridge and to buy a new condo that better meets my current needs. She negotiated an excellent sale price with a contingency that allowed me to live in my sold condo for an amount of time ample for me to find what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the Cambridge market and what I could expect as both the sale and purchase went forward was excellent, her sensitivity to my concerns and needs was unfailing, and she helped me to find and purchase a condo that was exactly what I wanted but did not really think I would be able to get. I would recommend Nancy -- and in fact have recommended her -- to anyone who needs an honest, knowledgeable and extremely competent real estate agent for either selling or buying, or both.
