Nancy is an incredible realtor. She was so attentive and responsive that I truly felt like we were her only clients. She helped us both buy and sell, and she really helped us figure out what it was we were looking for in a new home (which was a real journey for us). When the homes we were looking for were outside her usual geographic focus, she did some amazing research to help us make our decisions. Very few homes were available, and prices were rising, which made every decision seem critical. Nancy worked with focus and energy to find listings, compare values to recent similar sales, and advise on general tactics. I had trust in her throughout.
