Nancy helped us purchase our first home and then our second for our growing family. She’s knowledgeable about the surrounding market, and is a strong advocate when negotiating and working on our behalf. I worked with a realtor for a couple months who was always busy and I missed out on Some nice houses because they sold before I could see them. I gave up on that realtor and contacted Nancy told her some dates I was free and she said ok let's do all three days. She then proceed to ask all the right questions. Within a day she had a list of houses for me to review and let her know which ones i was interested in. On our first day out looking the second house we looked at was amazing. We continued looking that day at a couple more houses. We decided on the second house so no need for the other two days. Nancy was very knowledgable when it came to writing up our offer on the house and negotiating when the seller came back with a counteroffer. Would highly recommend Nancy if you are looking for someone who knows the area very well and someone you can trust on what she tells you.

Nancy helped my husband and I to buy our first home. She was incrediably accomidating to our busy schedules and was very responsive to our emails/phone calls. I've never met someone so efficient!
