I arrived in Omaha, my old hometown, with an idea of buying a condo to crash in for several months annually so that I could visit old friends without potentially over-staying welcomes. Nancy intuitively knew just what I needed, saved me from a possible mistake by pointing out things I didn't see, took care of all negotiations, helped me think things through, and earned herself a permanent invitation to the deck in my Midtown building with wine provided by me. In my opinion, with her you can't go wrong.
