Surprisingly, super good. Very attentive very considering I thought oh idea. Having a best interest in mind including helping out with some unexpected expenses. Fabulous great human being.

Everything was done just right. The listing pictures were great. Flyers mailed. Open House scheduled early in the listing. Advertised in the paper. Lots of traffic. I really liked the showingtime phone app, where we could see each listing and feedback. We might have been a little optimistic with the asking price and that feedback told us how to adjust it. House sold in 2 weeks. No snaggles, no hassles. Nancy has all the tools needed in the Real Estate industry, knows how to use them, and gets the job done.
