Nancy listened to our needs as we prepared to move to VA from FL. This was a traumatic move on a tight deadline and she made sure we got to see the homes we were interested in and was a great coach on our offer. After purchase she contracted to have our home painted and new carpet installed. She also arranged to have the home cleaned before we arrived. She has been incredibly helpful and a real pleasure to work with. We recommend her highly.

We sold our house with Nancy in August 2018. Despite being on the market only a little more than a week, Nancy's management of the sale netted us about $13000 more than we were initially expecting (after closing costs, etc.) Nancy's negotiation skills are worth their weight in gold. For example, she didn't hesitate to request even a few hundred dollars more on a bid even though that small a sum had almost no effect on her commission, but meant a lot to us. She genuinely put us first. I chose Nancy as our realtor because, at our first meeting, she showed up dressed for an interview, with a camera, pen, and paper to note key features of our home, and a comparative market analysis for homes similar to ours on the market in our area. Nancy showed up ready to sell, so we chose her. Because we were leaving the area, Nancy managed our contractor for repairs, staged our home beautifully (so much so I wondered if we could afford to buy the advertised home!), and guided us through the process of responding to the offers that poured in. As she had showings lined up for our home's first day on the market, and had advertised the home through multiple channels, we were able to sell our home quickly while choosing amongst multiple bids which started at our asking price and climbed quickly. She stayed in contact with us on a regular basis and always responded to us while we were on the road. Basically, she made selling our home a breeze for us. If we ever come back to the NOVA area, we want Nancy as our agent. You won't find anyone better.

Nancy is absolutely the best realtor that my husband and I have worked with. We've moved around a lot due to our commitment to the military. We've purchase and listed over five homes and never experienced a realtor as sharp as Nancy. She's extremely talented, resourceful, always acessible, and responsive to our needs. I don't believe that Nancy sleeps until she helps you find the perfect home. Now that my husband and I have closed on our home, Nancy is still responsive to our needs.
