She gave great advice during the bidding phase that definitely saved us money, and both called us to talk through her assessment of the property and sent us a LOT of videos since we couldn't be there to view it in person. Hurricane Lowell struck while we were in escrow, and Nancy sent us updates extremely quickly about what was happening at the property, and got in touch with the property manager to learn what damage had been observed in that development.
