I just sold a home that had belonged to a deceased relative. The process was emotional. Enter Nancy Jackson. She carried the day with her knowledge, professionalism and "over the top" efforts. But where she shined the most was in her creative vision. The house was not receiving offers that we felt were indicative of it's true value. After much thought, she suggested an auction.
