When it came time to sell our Parent's home, we had a number of agents to choose from. We went with Nancy Hund because our daughter had such a positive experience working with Nancy when she sold her home. I didn't have much experience in selling a house and had very little time to spend getting it ready to sell. Nancy gave us guidance on what to do and not to do prior to listing it. There were a couple of times when it looked like the deal was going to fall through. Nancy calmed me down and worked to find solutions. She worked with the buyer and his lender to ensure all requirements were met. Nancy also made herself available for any necessary inspections so that we didn't have to be involved. What can I say, Nancy was there throughout the entire selling process. She always answered my calls and explained my questions. She came to every showing, all inspections, and even settlement. I know most agents won't consider taking the time for all of that. We all know that after you get the signed contract is when the action starts. She got the ball rolling and had several contacts to choose from for repairs and inspections that were needed. I don't think settlement would have closed as fast without her help!
