Great Transaction

We have hired Nancy for a few Real Estate transactions and every time we have completed a purchase or sale, We are thanful that we decided to work with her. Her work ethic and strategic vision are invaluable. She was so helpful in helping us set a price that would garner a rally and motivate buyers to act and that is exactly what happened. Our transaction was complicated...it included a rent back and extended move out day. The main reason we hire Nancy is that she keeps me calm.
