Nancy Hodge went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Not only did she make the process of selling our house easy, she was excellent at letting us know exactly what was going on and was always very responsive to our questions. She is very knowledgeable about the area and real estate itself. I would wholeheartedly recommend her as an agent with anyone looking to buy or sell their home, cabin or property.

Nancy sold my Lot within 2 days on the market! She worked hard to please me and her professionalism cannot be surpassed. She researched the market and and kept me updated everyday. I trusted her completely and will always use her for the surrounding area. I have already listed additional property with her. Thank you Nancy for all you do!

We have bought and sold houses with Nancy Hodge as our realtor for years. She is very thorough and knowledgeable in looking out for her clients. She continues to grow in expertise of her profession. We always recommend her to friends looking to buy or sell.

Nancy never treats you like another means to an end. She pays attention to every detail. She is knowledgeable and willing to share if you ask, but allows you to lead the way if you wish. If we ever sell another home, we will definitely ask for Nancy to list it.
