My wife and I were referred to Nancy Hodge by good friends of ours who had worked with Nancy to purchase land in the Maryville area. Now we have purchased land with Nancy and will absolutely refer anyone interested in purchasing real estate in the Maryville area to her as well! It was our first time purchasing property. Nancy made sure we understood what we should be looking for. She listened to us and what we wanted and did not want and provided us with relevant suggestions.
