Nancy is simply excellent. She was patient and worked with us through finding exactly the right house(s) to make an offer that was able to win. She was also very proactive in trying to help us get what we want, following up extra times on a deal that we didn't win in case it fell through (we didn't get that one, but I appreciated the extra work!).
