Incredible Agent!

We were lucky enough to find Nancy, and we could not be happier. Nancy had a great grasp of what was happening in the market and how to best situate us for success. We listed with Nancy on a Thursday, had 13 showings by Sunday along with four offers, and we were under contract by Monday for over our asking price. She is pleasantly aggressive. She contacts every prospective buyer agent as soon as they indicate interest, and she maintains that communication throughout the entire transaction. Her communication with us was just as good. We did not have to chase her for information. She provided it without hesitation. We had previous dealings with other agents and were pessimistic coming in, but her knowledge, experience, and professionalism were unmatched. It was like having a friend as our real estate agent, and we only knew her for ten days by the time we were under contract. She took the time to get to know us, as was evidenced by the gift she gave to Kathy based on something she observed as important to her the first time we met.
