I spent quite a bit of time trying to find an Agent who would meet my needs. Some were all to ready to ready to sit back and wait on me to find my property. Or they didn't "hear" my requirements for the type of property I was looking for instead they sent me listing totally mismatched to my wants. Nancy Haynes was none of those. She is sharp as a tack, knows her market place, LISTENED to my needs and wants. I never had to place a call more then once if I had a question or concern. Throughout the entire process Nancy worked for me tirelessly. With a difficult seller, an out of area listing agent and a mortgage broker that I choose she was a top notch professional. I could not imagine a more perfect agent to represent a buyer . She certainly was for me.
