We were looking for a bigger house in the same area.

My husband and I were looking for a bigger house in the same area we had been living in for 4 years. After months of looking at options that fit our needs for the most part, Nancy was able to find the one that fit every requirement. The house was a short sale and took a long time to close, but Nancy took care of everything and proved to be the best advocate for us. There were a few setbacks, but we always felt that Nancy had our backs and was looking at our best interest at all times. I highly doubt another agent would've fought that hard for us. n She was always available and extremely helpful. There was NOT even one question that was not answered immediately or in a timely manner. Nancy had a lot of patience with us, since my husband and I work and travel a lot, she was always able to accommodate everything to fit our very busy schedules. n Nancy is such a great Realtor. Our house ended up appraising for more than what we got it for. Yay!! n She also took care of selling our previous house and it wasn't long before we had many offers, which was awesome considering the market at this time. Since Nancy is bilingual, she was able to market our house to Spanish prospects as well. We ended up selling our house and getting profit from it, which helped us with the new purchase. n I would recommend Nancy to anyone interested in buying or selling a property.
