We were not much for browsing, we looked at 4 properties and found the one we liked. Since we did a VA loan there were many moving parts between inspections, lending, appraisal, title and surveys, Nancy kept the sale on schedule and efficiently dealt with issues that arose. We had our 'cleared to close' nearly a week before the scheduled closing. She as handled the last 4 real estate transactions for us (selling and buying), each with superior results and high satisfaction. Nancy was great! This was our first home and we didn't know exactly what we should look out for. We were really excited about every home we saw and she always kept us grounded by showing both the pros and cons she saw. This kept us pretty grounded. Furthermore, we went through a really tough negotiation process. It took us 6 months to close and she stuck through it with us and fought for our best interest. I have already recommended her to my friends and family that are looking to buy a house.
