I was very fortunate that find Nancy, she spent the day with me looking for a new home, she showed me all around and listening to my interests & likes. When back in NY with intent on one home another popped up and Nancy FaceTimed with me showing the home. It was “IT”! She helped me close. It was so perfect that when the time came to sell the home I went to Nancy for help. Nancy went to bat for me when I bought my first house. She was literally on the phone with the real estate agent all day negotiating for me. She was always available if I had any questions. She also gave me a huge list of different contractors in the area to work with as well. It was my absolute dream house. Unfortunately, I had to move to another state. When I was ready to sell that house, it was sold before it was even listed. I not only consider her my real estate agent, but now she is a friend for life.

We had retired from working and wanted to move back from Indiana to North Carolina. We began working with Nancy while still living out of state. When the house was completed ten months after the initial contract, we were in a situation where the appraised value was less than the contract price. We were unsure of what would happen next and were fearful we would have to start the process all over. However, Nancy contacted the builder to help negotiate an amended contract price so we could move forward with closing and move into the house we had long been waiting for. Throughout the home buying experience with Nancy, we found her engaging, caring, and professional. She was always timely and responsive to our texts and phone calls to answer our questions. We trusted her knowledge, experience, and reassurance during a stressful process, which translated into a very successful home buying experience for us.

Nancy is a veteran realtor if you are looking at the west and southwest areas of Raleigh. She knows the neighborhoods, what constitutes a good deal, and what you should avoid. She's practical and pragmatic and will patiently either get you into your ideal house or sell your house at the ideal price.

Nancy helped us sell our home and buy another home without hiccups; all completed within a few hours from one another. It was amazing! She assisted in staging our first home and has a list of preferred contractors if needed. Nancy went above and beyond by gathering information on each available community for us. Not the online material we could gather on our own, but actual written material, price lists, community newsletters, and anything else a community had to offer. She mailed the materials to us so we could better understand what each development had to offer. After my husband and I narrowed down our community choices, we traveled back to this area and explored with Nancy each community. She gave us insight into some things she observed, offered gentle guidance about some things I thought I was adamant about and in general had a keen understanding of what she thought would be in our best interests. Nancy is the consummate professional and I would not hesitate to use her again when the time comes to sell my current home!
