I first started working with Nancy back in 2017 when I was looking to move from upstate New York to Cary. I was very fortunate that find Nancy, she spent the day with me looking for a new home, she showed me all around and listening to my interests & likes. However, Nancy contacted the builder to help negotiate an amended contract price so we could move forward with closing and move into the house we had long been waiting for. Throughout the home buying experience with Nancy, we found her engaging, caring, and professional. She was always timely and responsive to our texts and phone calls to answer our questions. We trusted her knowledge, experience, and reassurance during a stressful process, which translated into a very successful home buying experience for us.

Nancy is a veteran realtor if you are looking at the west and southwest areas of Raleigh. She knows the neighborhoods, what constitutes a good deal, and what you should avoid. She's practical and pragmatic and will patiently either get you into your ideal house or sell your house at the ideal price.
