Nancy was extremely accommodating to my needs for a Boston condo. I lived out of town, and she showed me all the possible neighborhoods with all their pluses and minuses. The condo my daughter and I eventually chose was very suitable for us and we have been happy here for the 5 months we have been living in it.
Nancy was wonderful, knowledgeable and honest. The market is changing so quickly that we relied heavily on her knowledge about what price to put the house up for sale at. She was flexible coordinating showings so that enough possible buyers could see the place. We relied on her expertise the most in navigating offers and understanding the nuances of each and which was the most attractive for us. I would highly recommend her - she will take the stress out of the process and leave you happy with your sale and a positive experience overall!
