It took about 9 weeks of seeing 3 houses a day to find my first house. There's so many variables that go into buying property. While I was focused on things like floor plans and walkability Nancy would bring up details that I would've missed like avg. neighborhood noise, how close major highways were, and city zoning laws. I never once doubted that Nancy was looking out for me. My trust was rooted in her experience, respect of my time, open communication, and honesty. I can confidently say I having Nancy as my agent made the process smooth and I'd recommend her to everyone I know.
