When selling our home, she kept in touch in the months leading up to listing and had developed a very realistic set of comps. We listed the home and she worked to secure a solid offer within a week. We had moved out by the time of closing and she coordinated everything locally for us -- minor repairs, issues with the HOA, etc. I didn't have to do anything except keep an eye on the email traffic and sign the closing documents when the mobile notary visited our home.
