Nancy was wonderful when it came to selling my parents home. She was always there for me, explained to me what I needed to do even if I had to ask multiple times because I forgot. She knew this was hard for me and she helped me get through it with my emotions in mind. Had a little issue while she was out if town and it was not her fault but we got through it.

Nancy gave us a fair market analysis, which we used to list our selling price. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional. The online listing was professionally done. Her communication and response throughout the process was always prompt. We had so many ups and downs in the selling process we could not have managed ourselves. If it wasn't for Nancy, the deal would have probably fell through. It helped to have an experienced real estate agent to deal with the buyer's and their agent. When I first came in contact with Nancy, we were living in Alabama and looking for a property to purchase in Florida. I told Nancy what we were looking for and she went right to work!
