We are so grateful to have had Nancy Flatley in our corner while searching for and buying our first home. She never pressured us, and we always felt like she had our backs. She helped us negotiate a great price in a town I never thought we would be able to afford to live in, with a seller concession that brought down our interest rate. I cannot recommend her enough!
