Nancy helped my wife and I purchase a 4BR/3BA Irvine home and we would definitely work with her again :] WE CLOSED: We were up against one other competing offer and we closed at 20k over asking. During the counter offers, we were hemming and hawing on increasing our initial offer. Nancy focused her efforts on making sure we had all the information so that we could make the best decision. In retrospect, we would have regretted walking away from this house and were grateful for Nancy on keeping the negotiations afloat. DIRECT COMMUNICATOR: What stood out to us most when we first met Nancy and throughout was her great communication skills. We first met her at an open house where she was the listing agent. We spent at most 5 min at that showing, but in that time Nancy immediately understood our likes and dislikes of the current showing and was also quick to highlight her expertise in the Irvine market. This was a huge contrast to all of the other listing agents we had met that weekend who were trying to solicit their services. RESPONSIVENESS/AVAILABILITY: Throughout our home buying process, Nancy's response time by text, e-mail, or phone was usually less than a day. This was especially important when we needed to schedule private showings during shelter in place. IRVINE EXPERTISE: Nancy would regularly share new listings, but what was especially helpful were the homes she'd highlight in the sea of new listings. This helped us zero in on a few neighborhoods vs looking at every home in the city.
