We toured so many properties and she was always so willing and so kind about it! We found the perfect house and she did everything she could to make sure everything was perfect with our terms and closing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Nancy was so kind and we know our experience was easy because of her. She knows a lot about the entire Durham-Raleigh-chapel hill area, she explained everything about making an offer, fees, due diligence money, and she was available every time we texted her which was a lot. She also took us to houses almost immediately when we asked to see them which was so important in the market right now.
