Phenomenal experience! Wish we could give 10 stars. Nancy was amazing during our home building and signing process. Her attention to details and what we found important was spot on. The weekdays and weekends she gave her time to spend with us making decisions and finalizing stuff on our new custom build showed us she truly cared. We would highly recommend Nancy to anyone we know. If our fate ever included us moving or buying again we would hands down use her for both experiences!!!

Nancy was awesome!! She was there every step of the way. From cleaning the house out, what I needed to update or correct before people started viewing the house, negotiations and made sure the closing went smoothly. I could not have done it without her.

Once we were under contract, Nancy made sure that every piece of the transaction was being taken care of as planned. She made sure the survey, appraisal, title work, etc. were all taken care of to help make the closing process as smooth as possible.
