Nancy was awesome!! She was there every step of the way. From cleaning the house out, what I needed to update or correct before people started viewing the house, negotiations and made sure the closing went smoothly. I could not have done it without her.
I am from Washington State and I was considering purchasing a home in Houston. Nancy's attention to detail is beyond 5 star. Additionally, her communication is fantastic. We were fully informed after each showing with good, bad or indifferent comments. Once we were under contract, Nancy made sure that every piece of the transaction was being taken care of as planned. She made sure the survey, appraisal, title work, etc. were all taken care of to help make the closing process as smooth as possible.
