I had the advantage of knowing Nancy prior to the sale of our property. She did not have our property listed, my husband and I had it for sale by owner, but she brought us a qualified buyer and got it to closing, as I knew she would. We sort of left things in her capable hands since my husband and I had no idea what we were doing.
