Nancy Cuddihy

Nancy is AMAZING!!! She has gone above and beyond for our family multiple times. When we first moved to Michigan the inventory for real estate was very low and finding a house that fit our budget was extremely tough, but once we called Nancy, she was able to find us a home that fit our budget and had a great location. Fast forward 8 months later, we had to call on Nancy again to work her magic. However, this time it was to sell our house that we hadn’t even owned for a year yet. Not only was she able to sell our home in a short period of time (2 weeks), but we ended up making a little money. Nancy is a fantastic agent! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She truly cares about her clients and always puts their best interests first.
