After living as ‘empty nesters’ for nearly two years, we finally made the tough decision to downsize and leave the home and town where we lived and raised our family for 35 years. Nancy recently listed and sold our home. With her help, we were able to sell at well above the listing price. As minor issues came up during the process, Nancy resolved them smoothly and quickly to keep everything on schedule. If we ever move back to the Boston area, we would definitely contract with Nancy to help us find the right new home.

Excellent buyer's/seller's agent! As a first time homebuyer, Nancy was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She had a network of professionals readily available and eager to help. I had no problems working with the mortgage broker and bank/closing attorney she recommended. They were all very knowledgeable and able to solve any problems that did come my way. My range of cities and towns, were all over the place.
