Working with Nancy has been one of the greatest experiences we've had in the US, she was there for us when we bought our first home in Oakland and it was very challenging not only because the Bay Area market is crazy, but because our budget wasn't great and we were international first time buyers, so it wasn't easy for us to get the same finantial opportunities as a US citizen. But she nailed it! We made the wise decision of working with Nancy again to buy a house in Richmond, she found a piece of heaven that now we call home, with everything we need, within our budget and working in the fast pace of the bay. She came with my to the title company to sign papers, went to my home inspection, etc, etc. Really took all of the work off of my plate. What I liked most is that she is ethical -- I was pushing to make an offer 5% above what she reccomended.....Are you kidding me, when does that happen?? lol. She saved me a significant amount of money when it was actually against her own interest -- That is really all you need to know if you are looking for a realtor. Trust/Ethics a dying breed, and is PRICELESS.
