Nancy was a great agent to work with. We used her on the sell side and buy side and we were able to work out a percentage that felt fair to both of us. We had a bit of wishy washy seller on the home we were trying to buy and Nancy did a great job of working with us and the seller's agent. She also did a good job keeping our emotions in check as it was a bit of a roller coaster. I'd use Nancy again.
