Quality is surely the right word for the service experience.
Nancy let me know that there were several items she discovered from the disclosures and from the Agent Visual Inspection so there would be no surprises when we moved in. Seller made several repairs on items discovered during Home Inspection with our appreciation. Nancy asked the Seller to provide PGE statements to help us understand the Solar costs. She reached out to the Selling Agent to provide us with missing mailbox key and forwarded appointment with Home Warranty Company to rekey entry doors. She 's a real negotiator and got the home fully furnished and move-in ready for us.
