I had my house on the market with a different realtor a few years ago. He made me outlandish promises. I kept having to lower the price of my home in order to get any interest. I actually felt like I did all the work and he listed it. Finally, being totally frustrated, I took the house off the market. I lived in my home a few more years and then re-listed it with Nancy. Not only did she sell my house but it sold quickly and it sold way above asking price. I trust her completely. I don’t often give referrals, but I can highly recommend Nancy.
