Nancy was so knowledgeable about the market as I proceeded to buy one house and sell two in the Frederick area. For one of the houses getting ready to sell, and after I moved to the west coast, Nancy agreed to take responsibility to oversee the remodeling (which did not go well because of the poor performance of the company I had contracted with.) Nancy hung in there for nearly a year as things gradually got done and the end result was absolutely beautiful. She was transparent about everything that was happening, and I had complete confidence in her. Nancy is a great realtor and a great friend. She goes the extra mile to make sure things work out well for her clients.
