Nancy is great about starting out, with what a customer's objective is. Nancy does a great job making sure that she, and the customer, are on the same page with the objective. I've worked with Nancy both on buying and selling. She clearly cares about helping achieve a customer's objective vs. simply making a sale.
We had a bit of a difficult sale and Nancy kept it together. Very helpful and led us in the right direction for all of our questions that needed to be answered by contractors, lawyers, etc. She knows everyone and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate transaction. And her staff were also very helpful. Highly recomend.
