Nancy is an amazing agent. She is thorough and makes sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She takes time to get to know her clients and explains all parts of the process. She is easy to work with and dependable.

Nancy was fantastic to work with. Your first meeting with her she takes take to educate you as a seller on changes to legislation and the whats and whys that go a long with selling. The second visit she comes with a photography crew built in to her normal % of sale. So rather than having cheap pictures taken to save herself profit she digs in to her profit to pay for fantastic pictures of the property. She sold our property in 22 hours (well got us a funded offer) and it was approximately 9k over asking with. We had multiple offers but she did not pressure us to pit the buyers against each other. We opted to take the first offer and run with it. She did work in the background to make sure the offer was viable and likely to go through. Which of course it did. Bottom line she proved to be a selfless customer serving agent. Yes she wanted to make money but she didn’t cut corners to Max her profit. She bit in to her commission to make sure photos were great and the property was listed on every possible website not just the free ones. I would love to say we would use her again, but on the purchase side she didn’t let us settle or over extend ourselves so we may be in our new home forever. If we aren’t she is the first person I am calling. P.s. she takes really good care of veterans!

We moved spring break Monday to a new home. Pictures were taken and posted..open house was set..and the sign was in the yard... and then COVID 19 ......and all its restrictions/craziness. Fortunately, thru her experience and description and photos, we were able to secure an offer immediately....and then the fun began! Selling and closing with out of town buyers and COVID 19 restrictions that we never dreamed would exist....or impact our pending sale. Nancy rolled with it all, using humor and patience and solid advice. She never missed a beat even when we could not believe there was another paper to sign/another step in this process ...or even one day when I was so tired that I could not figure out how to do another form....She came to my rescue with lots of patience! Nancy has the best listening skills... and can make a stressed out client 'come down from the ceiling'! Each time when she spoke with us, she was 'right on the money'..and always made us feel as if we were in the driver's seat when it came to a decision. She goes the extra mile and is so very professional, but makes you feel like you are her only client. She feels like family as soon as you meet her...and she gets the job done no matter what comes. I think she coined the phrase 'don't worry, we'll get it done'.....and with Nancy Benson, we built and bought a new home and then moved out and sold another one.... during some of the worst weeks our nation has experienced.
