She would then take time out of her day, even if it was last minute, to schedule a booking for us to see a property. When it came to selling our home, to say that Nancy went the extra mile is an understatement. She literally offered and fulfilled the need to even take care of my dogs while I had an inspection or someone that needed to view the house if I wasn’t available. She’s a photographer as well, so the photos she took of my house are stunning. They are not only great for the listing, but they are a keepsake for my husband and me. Nancy doesn’t just hand you a list of computer entries to look at like a lot of realtors do sadly, she talks with you about why she thinks a property would be good for consideration. She cheerfully answered every question and returned every phone call or text I had about my concerns; both about a prospect for us or the sale of our home. Nancy was very knowledgeable about how to stage my home for sale to get the best market value. She was also interested in what the inspector was telling us on the home we were purchasing so she would have a better knowledge of what to look for at other customers homes that she was listing to be able to assist future customers in the sales of their home and marketing values.
