Great market knowledge Helped me negotiate for the best deal Connected me with contractors

Nancy was amazing to work with, she help us through the process of getting our first home, from beginning to end of the process, she deals with everything even getting the appointment for inspection. She is very professional on every step. Very dedicated to her job 👏👏 . If I had the opportunity to get another home for sure I’ll have Nancy my first choice 👏👏

Nancy does amazing work and is very caring. We were searching for our first home and Nancy was there every step of the way answering our calls at 5am to 8pm! Any little question we had about the process, she knew it or got us an answer within minutes. Her professionalism is unmatched, she outshined the other realtor we started with!

I recommend Nancy Beltran as your next real estate agent! Throughout the whole process of looking for a house, to helping us understand the terminology of mortgage paperwork she made us feel confident in the process of purchasing our home! I am truly grateful for the support and dedication she provided in making sure we did not settle for anything less than what we asked for. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent.

I was trying to sell my home in Kennewick WA. I had tried a couple of realtors that kept making excuses of why they had not sold my home. Then, I was blessed and got Nancy Beltran. She gave 120% and helped me address every obstacle that we came across. She treated me with respect and supported me that made it a joy to work with her. NANCY BELTRAN SOLD MY HOME.
