Nancy Beckwith

Needing to sell our sister’s home on MV and living in Maine- I googled realtors. Anchor Realty came up so I called and connected with Nancy Beckwith, who showed compassion for our sister’s passing, and was also professional and thorough while providing me a basic Oak Bluffs market analysis while we were on the phone! I was very impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent with me on a random call. Nancy then followed through and emailed me to say she had driven by the house and believed we could increase the value of the house a bit more. I already trusted Nancy, but they say you should shop around and so I spoke with 3 realtors. It didn’t matter. As soon as we met Nancy my sister and I looked at each other and immediately knew Nancy was going to be our realtor! She was committed from the start. Nancy is friendly and personable - she is like ‘a good friend and neighbor that you happen to be doing business with’. That’s what you get when you work with Nancy. Nancy is someone you like and trust, she is knowledgeable of the market and the entire process, and has a list of reliable contacts for clean- outs, plumbing and other necessary people you need to contract. Nancy stepped in and oversaw things when we couldn’t be there; let the plumber in and out for example, then secured the house. The entire process was smooth. I never felt overwhelmed and was confident we would sell the house. Thank you so much Nancy!! It would not have been the same experience without you by our side!!
