If you want a realitor in Florida (we used Nancy in the Melbourne Beach area) CALL Nancy! She is 5 stars +++. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a great personality. What more could you ask for! She was so on top of every aspect from the showing to the closing. (And we were out of state through the entire process.). If she didn’t have an answer on a question we had, she would research and obtain it for us extremely fast. There wasn’t an issue she didn’t resolve for us. Not always the answer we wanted but she was honest and would give us knowledgeable alternatives. She was always SPOT ON! I had a great experience working with Nancy. We were moving to FL from CA and had to look at houses remotely. Nancy was super proactive in finding homes and actually going to them to record thorough youtube videos for me to watch and even FaceTiming me if I was available. She was instrumental in finding the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone.

From seeking houses to the end closing, she is able to serve both seller and buyer interests. To the end, she accomdates both seller and buyer interests and sacifices her own interest, however both seller and buyer are encouraged to reciprocate her generosity and efforts. Our experience with Nancy was awesome! We had been looking for a house for awhile on our own and came across a house we really wanted to see. We didnt have a realitor at the time however we met Nancy at an different open house and contacted her about seeing the house we found and she was able to show it to us the next day! We loved the house and made a verbal offer that night and the next day we were under contract! We closed in a quick 30 days and had the help of Nancy and her team along the way. Since it was our first house we wernt sure who the best people were for all the requirements along the way however they had lots recommendations for us to use. We are very appreciative of Nancy and all of her hard work and for her team as well for helping us get our first house!

You ask me to discribe I details about my experience with Nancy Beasley. To be honest with you there is not enough room on this site to discribe Nancy's professional abilities helping me out with from the time I first contacted Nancy until the VA closing. We visited at least 25 properties where Nancy guided me through the entire property with her professional experience making sure that I had all my questions answered and all of my concerns were addressed.( I should tell you that I have purchased 3 homes prior to this one) Once we agreed to submit an Offer on the property, Nancy Beasley, took great pains to include and address all of my concerns and she made and included several items that were legally required by the Veterans Administration while closely working with my lender Veterans United. While it is generally know as processing a VA loan with Nancy Beasley working daily and into the evening on many occasions, this VA loan closed in a record 32 days from start to finish at the closing table. Nancy Beasley really went " above and beyond the line of duty " in every respect while demonstrating her professional training and experience. The story didn't end with the completion of the sale. Nancy continues to help me daily without compensation. Nancy has two children who also served/serving our country. I would not only recommend Nancy to any Veterans but to any and all people who are looking for a house to purchase. Whenever I contacted Nancy with a question or concern either about the property or the loan process. She said, not a problem Jim, I will get right on it and get back to you. Any RE Agency would be very proud to have Nancy Beasley on their staff. Customer Service is often expected, but in 71 years I have never seen or worked with a professional Agent such as Nancy Beasley.
