Nancy took very good care of us. We felt the need for speed as buyers with a budget in a sellers' market. Thanks to her market knowledge, hard work and flexibility we were successful in buying a home that met all our requirements. I practiced commercial real estate law for 40 years and Nancy was both respectful of but not intimidated by my opinions. Rather she was a valuable colleague. In the beginning we weren't even sure what town we wanted to be in so Nancy patiently showed us different neighborhoods that might work. Anything she said she was going to do was immediately done. She got along well with the agent on the other side which helped keep things moving smoothly. Plus, we felt completely comfortable with Nancy, as if we were working with a family member. I've bought 7 homes in my life. Nancy is one of only two agents that I would work with again. I highly recommend her.
