The process af selling and buying is very complicated to the seller and buyer; however, she is so willing to answer any questions, walk you through the steps, and actually will repeat info if needed. Most importantly, Nancy is always available for phoning, e-mailing, and messaging. Right on top of everything. She has become our "favorite person" because our adventure has had less pressure due to her experience and skills throughout.
