About Nancy

Nancy Melton Bartlett is a multi-generational native of Black Mountain, and brings nearly twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry to The Virtual Realty Group. As such, Nancy has an intimate working knowledge of the entire Western North Carolina region, which gives her buyer and seller clients a distinct advantage. Her particular area of expertise is Residential Real Estate, with an emphasis on New Construction. Nancy began her real estate career in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she resided for ten years prior to her return home to be closer to her family. She is the proud mom of two grown children, who have blessed her with four beautiful grandchildren. Nancy is very active in her community, and supports a variety of charitable organizations, namely, Moose International, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Habitat for Humanity. She is the primary Administrator of the Pfc. Wesley E. Melton Memorial Fund, which she founded in 2006 in honor of her brother who died in Viet Nam. When Nancy isn’t assisting her clients and customers achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys fly fishing and motorcycling. She’s also an accomplished gourmet cook, and loves to entertain friends and family. Excellent Job!

Nancy knew all about selling a house! But she was very professional, friendly, and so helpful in explaining what we didn't understand.
