Maureen was absolutely amazing to work with! She really listened to what we wanted and was always available when we found something we wanted to see. We had contacted Nancy when we were thinking of selling. She was referred to us by a friend who had worked with her when she sold his house. She told us what we’d need to do to our house to sell it and kept in touch with us until we were ready. Once we did what she suggested, we listed our house. It was sold in less than two days, for more than what we were asking. She then began negotiations two days later on the house we ended up buying, for less than it’s appraised value. During the entire process, Nancy was never unavailable, even when she was on “vacation.” She even made personal sacrifices to ensure we could seal the deal on the house we bought. When we decided to sell our house, we contacted Nancy after she had been referred to us by a friend. Nancy came over within a week of us contacting her and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell the house. She maintained contact with us throughout the process of preparing the house to sell.
