We call her Nancy the Almighty

Nancy Baraky If you are looking for a great person to help you sell or find your next home in the Suncoast area, please call Nancy Baraky with Keller Williams. We have bought and sold many homes over the past few decades and have never had such a good experience with a real estate professional. We just moved to Sarasota from California and needed to find a home fast.  We had a lot of very specific needs and wants. Working with Nancy, we were able to quickly find a home and make a successful bid in a very competitive market, secure our loan, get all the inspections taken care of and close in record time. Nancy has some additional super powers. She is also a contractor and was able to help us figure out how to quickly and affordably fix or change the things in the house that would make it more comfortable and suitable for our family. She is observant, listens well and helps with creative problem solving. We just moved in and could not be more pleased with the way our home has turned out. Nancy is great to work with. She is straightforward and dependable, hard working and no-nonsense. We have come to know her well and consider her family now.
