My wife and I sold our condominium in Florida. Nancy guided us through this difficult process with enormous grace and humor. We were in Ohio and didn't want to return unless it was an absolute necessity. We were able to accomplish this difficult and complicated sale without ever leaving Ohio. The process was complicated by the Condo Association's bylaws that allowed a right of first refusal. That process, in my opinion was completely miss handled by the association, which led to unnecessary and difficult complications, delays and disgruntled buyers. Nancy counseled us and guided us through this difficult process with intelligent insight, great forethought, grace and humor. Not only did we successfully navigate these issues , but we were able to close on time, which given the circumstances was a small miracle.
